God's Purpose Found Me

In 2006, while in my second year of medical school, I was awakened from sleep by the Holy Spirit with clear instructions:Start a motivational speaking company.That night, with a notebook beside me and fire in my heart, E.S.T.E.E.M. Motivational Speaking, LLC was born — Empower, Strengthen, Teach, Enrich, Energize, and Motivate. My mother (a lawyer) helped file the paperwork, and I’ve been walking in that calling ever since alongside seeing patients.

I speak because God told me to.

I lead ladies because I was called to.

I use my voice because we are all sent for someone!

I often joke that since I began speaking clearly at nine months old I haven’t stopped since; but it’s okay because now I get paid to do it! I’ve always had a passion for using my voice to teach, encourage, and bring light where it’s needed most.Over the years, I’ve given keynote addresses, commencement speeches, and leadership trainings across the U.S. and internationally. I’ve authored several books, including my latest book, God, Is It My Turn Yet? is coming soon! This one is for all my ladies who are struggling in their waiting season! I got you!

As time went on, my focus shifted. I realized my calling wasn’t just about speaking to professionals; it was about speaking to the hearts of women — wives, mothers, and goal getters— who are juggling faith, family, and their God-given purpose.
