It's not always spiritual, sometimes it's a system issue

Active Waiting
Here's the real...
You have a list of things that you need to do. Hopefully by now you've stopped keeping track of your daily schedule in your head (please tell me you have a physical or digital daily planner...)
If you don't have one you can use mine. I've been using this same digital daily planner for 2 or more years now (I've lost track of how long). I just know that when I use this simple planner it helps me to track my day, effectively.
My daily planner tracks my daily tasks, my health and wellness goals, my mood, and even the Bible verse I am meditating on. There's also a place for my gratitude list, which helps me to always give God thanks, despite life's setbacks.
You can get my daily planner by clicking the button below (it's a popular free resource).
Lady, trying to keep track of all the tasks and deadlines in your head is a sure way to feel overwhelmed and to miss something.
Once you write your schedule down, it eases the mental load and allows you to stop doing brain gymnastics. Writing down a daily schedule, even if it's not fancy, gives your day direction and allows you to move with intention vs always having to make moment to moment decisions.
Successful ladies don't go through their days 'willy-nilly' and haphazardly. We move with intention. That is not to be confused with rigidity. When you have a written plan, you have more control of your time, even when life presents an unexpected situation; at least you have a starting point and guardrails for your time, energy, and resources.
Tracking your tasks and schedule also allows you to feel the dopamine effect of completing tasks. Each time you accomplish one of your daily tasks you signal to your brain that you can be trusted to do the work. This positively impacts your confidence and productivity.
The smallest of tasks, when accomplished, give encouragement to complete larger tasks on your list.
You begin to trust that you're disciplined. Your actions follow.

Do you have a system in place?

One Thing to do Today
If you need some help organizing your daily tasks, try my S-M-L method that I have been doing. I shared this in the Esteem Lady Collective a couple of weeks ago.
Consider what you need to get done and the effort each task will take.
Then write down
3 small effort tasks
2 medium effort tasks
1 large effort task
If you're using my digital planner, there's a place for this list: THINGS TO GET DONE TODAY.
Sometimes I tackle the large task first, other times I tackle the medium task first. The order of completion isn't as important as the progress and actually doing the tasks. For me, the order depends on the day and my real life situations. Regardless, this system has helped me to accomplish more over time. Lady, it's all about systems.
I have less clutter on my list and I'm able to be intentional with my daily tasks. PLUS, each time I check off a task as completed, I get that dopamine happy mental spike! It feels great and I'm excited to accomplish something else.
Lady, some progress is blocked by unclear systems, overcommitment, or failure to follow through. Not every issue with your productivity is a spiritual attack. Sometimes, you just need a better system.
